Privacy policy

Paperhops collects no personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

What the app collects

Nothing personal. Paperhops does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal information, and it does not collect information about how you or your children use the app. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not share or sell data to anyone.

What stays on your device

Your settings (language and appearance) and the drawings you save are stored only on your device. They are removed if you delete the app.

Printing

When you print, the page goes from your device to your printer through Apple’s AirPrint. It is not sent to us.

App updates

Paperhops downloads small updates from Expo’s update service (expo.dev), which delivers the app’s code and content. These requests contain technical details such as the app version, the platform and a random installation ID that Expo uses to count update downloads. They contain nothing about you or your children, and we do not use them to identify anyone. Expo’s handling is described in Expo’s privacy policy.

Purchases

Paperhops Pro is bought through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment and your Apple Account; we never see your payment details. The app only checks with Apple whether Paperhops Pro is unlocked on your account. Apple’s handling of purchases is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.

Children

Paperhops is made for families with children aged 3 to 10. Because the app collects no personal data, it collects none from children either. Purchases are made by a parent through the App Store, where Ask to Buy and Screen Time controls apply.

This website

paperhops.app is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. It uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, and its fonts and images are served from this site. GitHub may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security, as described in GitHub’s privacy statement. The website remembers your language choice in your browser only.
