How do I print a page?
Open a drawing, pick the level (or the dot-to-dot) and tap Print. Choose your printer in the print sheet and tap Print again. You can also print a whole set at once as a book.
Which printers work?
Any printer that supports Apple’s AirPrint, which is built into most popular printer models. Your iPhone or iPad and the printer must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
The printer doesn’t show up. What can I do?
- Check that the printer is switched on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device.
- Restart the printer and wait a minute before trying again.
- Check with the printer maker that it supports AirPrint, and that its firmware is up to date.

Does it print on A4 or Letter?
Both. Paperhops lays out each page for US Letter in countries where that is the norm (such as the US and Canada) and for A4 everywhere else, with margins that suit home printers.
What is free, and what does Paperhops Pro add?
The free version has 36 colouring pages, 12 at each level, plus the dot-to-dots that go with them. Paperhops Pro unlocks all 300 subjects at three levels (900 colouring pages) and a dot-to-dot for every subject. It is one purchase, with no subscription and no ads.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you bought Paperhops Pro before, for example on another device or before reinstalling the app, open Settings in Paperhops and tap Restore purchases under Paperhops Pro. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
Can the whole family use Paperhops Pro?
Yes. Paperhops Pro works with Family Sharing, so everyone in your family group can unlock it on their own devices at no extra cost. Family Sharing for purchases must be turned on in the family organiser’s settings. If Pro doesn’t unlock on a family member’s device, open Settings in Paperhops and tap Restore purchases.
My child asked to buy Pro and nothing happened.
With Ask to Buy, the purchase waits until a parent approves it. The library unlocks as soon as it is approved.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I use the pages in my class or kindergarten?
Yes. Teachers and kindergarten staff may print copies for their own group of children. Read Copyright and use for the details.
